About the Coach

I am an internationally certified Leadership and Performance Coach (PCC, International Coaching Federation) with over 13 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Key Account Management and Service Operations.  

My professional journey spans the media, education, and healthcare sectors. I have led one of India’s largest healthcare initiatives and partnered closely with pharmaceutical organizations to design and execute effective brand and marketing strategies. 

As a transformation specialist, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. From grooming MBA students at the start of their careers to coaching senior leaders through complex transitions, I work across levels and sectors to support meaningful growth and sustainable performance.  

My coaching approach is grounded in real-world leadership experience and a strong understanding of the challenges professionals face as they navigate career progression, change, and increased responsibility. 

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and a Master of Business Administration from the S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research.
