About the Founder
Arundhati Govekar, (ACC, MBA)
A seasoned professional with almost a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, Arundhati is the founder of Rathee™, a training and coaching initiative specifically for the healthcare industry.
With an expansive experience from leading one of the largest healthcare drives in India to working closely with pharmaceutical companies to develop marketing strategies for their brands, Arundhati has worked in senior leadership positions in this industry.
Apart from training and coaching, her deep understanding of the various challenges in the healthcare sector, enables her to also consult with organizations to work towards sustainable solutions for identified gaps & improvement areas.
In a personal capacity, as a coach, Arundhati works with professionals across sectors to help navigate the quagmires of career progression.
Arundhati is a credentialed coach (ACC, International Coaching Federation) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and a Master of Business Administration from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research.
