About the Founder
Arundhati Govekar, (ACC, MBA)
A seasoned professional with more than 12 years of experience across media, education and healthcare sectors, Arundhati is an internationally certified (ACC, International Coaching Federation) coach and the founder of Rathee™.
With an expansive experience from leading one of the largest healthcare drives in India to working closely with pharmaceutical companies to develop marketing strategies for their brands, Arundhati has worked in senior leadership positions in this industry.
Her experience and coaching expertise allows her to work with professionals across seniorities and sectors to help them navigate the quagmires of career progression.
Arundhati holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and a Master of Business Administration from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research.
